Wood plank and substrate repair, epoxy crack fill and new waterproof coating, dry rot post replacement, guardrail repair and refinish, and full Dex-O-Tex deck coating where the existing system was beyond repair. Corrective actions applied unit by unit as identified; residents in place throughout.
