SB 721 remediation on the decks and balconies serving 68 units across two floors. Wood plank and substrate repair, epoxy crack fill and new waterproof coating, dry rot post replacement, guardrail repair and refinish, and full Dex-O-Tex deck coating where the existing system was beyond repair. Corrective actions applied unit by unit as identified; residents in place throughout. Estimated completion September 2026.
