Survey first. No surprises on site.
Before RPM breaks ground on any Watermill Express location, we conduct a thorough site survey — assessing ADA accessibility, locating underground electrical, sewer, and water connections, identifying point of connection and existing electrical feeder sizes, and flagging anything that will affect cost, sequencing, or compliance. That survey becomes the estimate. That estimate drives the plan.
By the time a permit is pulled, RPM already knows where the challenges are and has engineered the most efficient, economical path through them. That upfront thinking is what separates RPM from a contractor who shows up and reacts.
In Oakdale (NorCal), we had to lay 570 lineal ft of underground new service, of which 400 lineal ft comprised of water and sewage. In Taft (Central CA) the site required full grating and all new utilities, tasking us to work hand-in-hand with PG&E. In Oxnard (SoCal), we experienced ADA compliance and design challenges, SoCal Edison Design changes, and AHJ complications. We overcame them and never broke stride.
